Prepayment Billing means that you need to pay first before your campaign can run. So, for example, if you pay $1000 to start, you can run campaigns with up to $1000, before you need to recharge your balance or add more money to keep your campaigns running.
Your account manager or local billing team will notify you when you approach your spending limit alerting you to recharge your balance when needed.
How to Set Up your Prepayment billing?
Once you login into your account, Press Add Fund at the top left of the sidebar
If this is the first time you access this page, you will find your balance and VAT empty. If you have already charged your wallet, you will see your current available balance and VAT percentage charged.
Add Fund:
You can add funds to your account using the following two methods:
- Credit Card:
You can charge your account using either MasterCard or Visa Card.
Once you pick the Credit Card option, you need to provide the following information:
- The name of the cardholder
- The amount of money you want to deposit. please note that it needs to be $500 or more.
- Credit details, including the card number, month and year of expiration, and CVC (card verification code).
Please note that by choosing to pay by credit card, you will be asked to pay a 2.9% Fee.
- PayPal:
To enable this service, you need to email Speakol at info@speakol.com first. Once you pick the PayPal option, you need to add the amount you want to deposit, which needs to be $500 or more, then click on the Pay button. You will be redirected to a PayPal page to log in and complete this transaction. Please note that by choosing Paypal, you will be asked to pay a 5% Fee.
If your billing address is set to the UAE, you will also be subjected to 5% VAT.
On the right, you will see an Order Summary. This table will display the amount you wish to deposit and highlight the 2.7% Credit Card Fee or 5% PayPal Fee, and 5% VAT (if you are billing address is set to the UAE) you will be charged, adding them all up in the total at the bottom of the table. In that sense, if you wish to deposit $1000, you will be asked to pay 2.7% Credit Card Fees ($27), and 5% VAT ($50) making the total amount charged $1077.
Once your payment transaction is completed and your account is charged, you can easily create a new campaign.
You will also have a table detailing the history of your transactions, and invoices. You will be able to view all the payments installed arranged by date, description, who finalized the action, how the money was transferred, and the amount charged. You can also access your payment receipt and download it in a PDF file.
Changing your Payment Method:
You can change your payment method at any time.
You can easily add a payment method or a credit card.
