Prohibited Campaign Practices

Before launching your Speakol Ad Campaign, it is essential to be aware of these guidelines. You need to comply with these policies that include rules to govern your campaign, campaign ads, titles, images, destination URLs, and landing pages.

False or Misleading Practices:

• Disclose all sponsored material and promotional offers. Do not mislead users by promoting a free trial or free products when there are additional fees unless clearly disclosed.
• Do not employ deceptive practices.
• Do not include false, misleading, or deceptive claims of any kind. You must always be able to support all statements you use, so for instance, do not promise to sell a miracle cure.
• Do not promote any rumors or false information that can not be substantiated.
• Do not use deceptive, fake texts or fake and altered images. In this sense, avoid using retouched images.  
• Do not fake user comments, or testimonies.
• Do not create a false sense of urgency.
• Do not claim you have a third-party accreditation or endorsement when you do not.
• Do not make specific weight-loss, money-making, or money-saving claims.

Law Violation:

• You must comply with all the laws of the region where you are advertising.
• Do not misuse Speakol to violate any laws or regulations.
• Do not run campaigns that promote content, products or services that are illegal in any applicable jurisdiction.
• Do not use Speakol to violate or infringe on any party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or property rights.
• Do not use the name, or image of any real person without having their consent and permission.
• Do not use any content created by a third party without their consent.

User Information and Targeting:

• Do not save or keep any personal or identifiable user information without their expressed consent, including but not limited to email addresses, home addresses, dates of birth, telephone numbers, and credit card numbers. You may not also keep any sensitive user information including race, religion, disability, or medical condition.
• Do not advertise or target children under the age of 13.

Network Abuse:

• Please do not abuse the Speakol network, as determined in our sole discretion.
• Do not use websites that are designed to collect personal information, or harvest personal data without users’ consent.
• Do not use websites or content that contains or downloads any spyware, malware, or software without users’ consent.
• Do not use “cloaking” or mislead users, or redirect them to undesired landing pages.
• Do not direct different users to different landing pages without a valid business or legal reason.
• Do not use websites that contain codes or scripts that may interfere with users’ control of the website.  
• Do not use websites that contain pop-under advertisements, which open new browser windows hidden under existing ones.
• Do not hinder users from returning to the original website by clicking back on their browsers.
