What is a Credit Limit?
A credit limit is an approved monthly amount that you can spend on your campaigns before having to make a payment to Speakol. This option is granted once you use the monthly invoice billing schedule.
How Credit Limits are Decided?
Your credit limit is decided by our finance department and your account manager once you launch your account.
How Can You Increase Your Credit Limit?
To increase your credit limit, you need to reach out to your account manager. Your account manager will ask for updated documents and references for you and your company. For more detailed information about what documents will be required, reach out to your account manager. Once everything is provided, the Speakol team will process the request; it may take up to two weeks depending on how long it takes for the documents and trade references to be verified. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a credit limit increase of your account.
What happens if Your Campaign Spend Reaches Your Credit Limit?
If your campaign spend reached your credit limit amount, your account will be inactive until you make another payment. This means that your campaign ads will stop running on the Speakol network. In order to resume your campaign ads, you will need to make a payment to Speakol.
How Can You Know If You Are Approaching Your Credit Limit?
Once you approach your credit limit, you will be notified by email and on your dashboard that you are running out of credit and that you need to recharge your limit to continue to enjoy all the features of our account.
