How to access the Reports of your Ad Campaign?
Once you log in, on your dashboard choose Reports.
Campaign Summary Reports:
The page offers you insight using some metrics, including
- Viewing Data by Date:
One of the most common ways to review your data is to divide and analyze time periods. Reports allow you to review your campaign by day, week, month, or entire running period. From the dropbox you can choose to review a particular day, the day before, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, the current month, the previous month, or the full running time of the campaign; you can also customize the time range you want to review.
We advise you to choose a date range that is broad enough to render substantial information.
- View Data by Campaign:
You can choose the specific Campaign you would like to review. Choose the name of the campaign from the dropbox and see all the valuable insights Speakol has to offer. - View Number of Impressions:
You can view the number of impressions your campaign ads have made each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the number of impressions per day. Impressions are the total number of times users have seen your campaign ads; each time your campaign ads are displayed, Speakol counts it as one impression. - View Number of Clicks:
You can view the number of Clicks your campaign ads have gained each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the number of clicks per day. Clicks indicate the total number of user clicks that your campaign ads have received; each click is counted as one click. - View CTR:
You can view the Clickthrough Rate of your campaign ads on each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the CTR per day. Clickthrough Rate determines the percentage of user clicks that your campaign ads have received. - View by Video Views:
You can view the number of video views your campaign ads have completed each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the number of video views per day. - View By Leads:
You can view the number of Leads your campaign ads have gained each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the number of leads per day. Leads indicate the number of users who have taken action on your website or landing page; these actions are tracked by the Speakol Pixel and recorded on your tracking page. - View by Spent:
You can view money Spent on your campaign ads each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the spent per day. The Spent indicates the total budget spent on your ad campaign. - View by CPL:
You can view the Cost per Lead of your campaign ads each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the cost per lead per day. Cost per Lead indicates the amount of money you pay once users become customers by completing an action on your website or landing page. - View Average CPC:
You can view the Average Cost per Click of your campaign ads on each day during the date range you have specified. You can filter the data in ascending or descending order based on the average CPC per day. The Average Cost per Click represents the average amount of money you are charged every time one of your campaign ads are clicked.
If you would like to Export any of these reports, please press the Export button, and choose the file extension you prefer, then press Export. The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
