If the campaign ad is “rejected” that means that it cannot circulate on our network, because it does not comply with our Advertising Policies. To help you understand why particular campaign ads are rejected, this article will explore all the possible reasons. Once you can fix the campaign ad, you can resubmit it for further review.
- Images:
- Fail to meet the safety level or quality of your campaign.
- Have a low resolution or poor image quality. Your image must be sharp, well cropped, not overly discolored, with minimal retouching.
- Images are unrelated to the content, or poorly reflect the nature of your landing page. Ensure that your image relates to the product, service, and content of your landing page to avoid misrepresentation and subsequent rejection.
- Contain inappropriate, offensive, or sexual content. Make sure your image is compliant with our content policy.
- Infringe on intellectual or copyrights of others. Make sure you provide third-party consent when using their images.
- Titles:
- Text is unrelated to the content, or fail to reflect the corresponding image, video, or landing page.
- Pose exaggerated claims that can mislead users primarily when you use dynamic keyword indicators. Make sure that your title supports all targeted users and accurately reflects the terms and conditions of your landing page.
- Misuse use of grammar, spelling, or punctuation.
- Contain inappropriate, offensive, or sexual content. Make sure your title is compliant with our content policy.
- Landing Pages:
- Fail to meet the safety level or quality of your campaign.

- Promote content, products, or services that do not comply with the restrictions necessary to run them.

- Contain third-party content that does not comply with our advertising policies.

Ad Campaign
- Promote content, products, or services that are noncompliant with targeted regions.
- Promote prohibited products or services that violate Speakol policies.
- Promote content, video, image, creative material with living political figures.
- Contain invalid or Broken URLs that do not load or cannot be reviewed by the Speakol team.
- Misuse of language. The language used in your title, image, or video does not conform with the language used on your landing page.
- Failed to add any campaign ad sets or campaign ads.
- Failed to match the settings of the current campaign. Make sure that all your campaign data promote the same product or service.
Video Ads:
- Provide poor user experience. Videos need to play smoothly, with high resolution; they should be well cropped, and not overly discolored.
- Failed to reflect the content of the landing page.
- Contain inappropriate, offensive, or sexual content. Make sure your video is compliant with our content policy.
- Infringe on intellectual or copyrights of others. Make sure you provide third-party consent when using its images.
