Speakol grants you smooth and seamless account management. We have prepared this article to assist you in filling in, updating, or editing your account details.
Users is a new feature that allows you to invite other collaborators to manage and view your account details, without having to share your account credentials guaranteeing you full control and total confidentiality. This feature also enables you to control the amount of access that these users have; you can assign them roles and grant or limit access as much as you see fit.
To do so, log in to your dashboard, press Settings, and choose Users.
You can filter the users of this account based on their role, and you can invite new users. Once you click on Invite New User, you will just need to provide an email and specify a role. You can invite more than one user at a time. If your invitee is a Speakol account holder, the invitee can be granted access as soon as he accepts your invitation; however, if the invitee is not a Speakol account holder, he will be requested to register as a user in order to accept the invitation and be admitted as a user on the platform.
Your users will be listed in a table with the following information:
- Name:
It is the unique account name you have given to this account and the email associated with it. - Status:
This will show whether the account is activated or still pending. - Role:
This indicates the role you have granted the account holder. It may vary to include the following:
- Admin: This person will enjoy the same roles as the main account holder. He can create campaigns, edit information, add funds, view analytics, and reports; but he cannot block the account holder.
- Editor: This person can create campaigns and view analytics and reports.
- Viewer: This person can only view the campaigns and analytics, but other features will be disabled.
- Customized Role: This person’s role can be completely customized by the account holder. For instance, he can grant this account holder the permission to view finances and add funds only, or create campaigns and disable other permissions.
- Actions:
These are the roles that the users can take. He can view the account details, resend an invitation, or delete. If you have invited users to access your account and would like to remove them for any reason, you can easily block them, and deny them any access to your account.
