Forgot Password

If you forgot your password and find yourself unable to access your Speakol account, you do not need to worry; you can easily reset your password and recover your account in a few easy steps. 

To recover your password, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Sign-in page. 
2. Specify that you are signing in as an advertiser
3. Press on Forgot Password 

4.   You will be asked to enter your email address. Speakol will send you a verification email. 

5.   Once you receive the email, you will be given a link to reset your password. 

6.   On the Reset Password page, you will be asked to enter a new password. To create a new password, you have to follow the guidelines suggested:

• Include at least 1 number (0-9)
• Include a minimum of 8 characters
• Include a minimum of 1 special character (!@#$%&*)
• Include 1 upper case letter and 1 lower case letter
• Please note that you cannot reuse any previously set passwords. 

7.   Once you enter and confirm your password successfully, your password will be automatically changed. 

8.   You will be redirected to the Sign-in page, where you need to sign in using your new password.
