Subaccounts:

A Subaccount is a fully functional campaign manager account that belongs to the parent account. Each subaccount is created for a specific purpose and might only be accessible to a particular person or group. So the account holder can create and manage subaccount within their parent accounts to better organize company accounts, accounts, or funds. Subaccounts are like normal accounts and have their only campaigns, ads, creatives, budget, targeting options, goals and optimization strategies, analytics, and reports. Subaccounts may be accessed by the parent account, but will not be viewed or modified, or accessed by other subaccounts.
Once you press the tab Subaccounts, you will see your details as the parent account. If you do not have any subaccounts, you will see a (+) sign under your name, once you press it, you will be asked to add an email, and a unique account name. An invitation will be automatically sent to this email. If the invitee is a Speakol account holder, he can directly access this subaccount; if the invitee is not a Speakol account holder, he needs to register and login in order to access this subaccount. Once you start creating subaccounts, they will start appearing in a tree diagram.
When you choose a certain subaccount, you will be able to do the following:
- Add Fund: you can add funds and manage the budget and spending of this account. If you add funds, the amount must be equal to or less than your available balance.
- Block: you can block the account.
- Activity Log: you can review the activities of this subaccount including the actions taken, date, time, additional notes, and amounts spent.
- Export: you can export your activity log; you need to specify the file name and extension.
